1. Check the Rates and Availability of the accommodation that interests you.
2. When you have chosen an apartment please contact us by email or telephone with the following information:
-Name of apartment(s) you are interested in booking.
-Number of people travelling.
-Preferred arrival and departure dates, with alternative dates if possible.
-Any special requests or questions.
3. We will then confirm availability and cost, and email you our Booking Form with adjoining Terms and Conditions.
4. To reserve an apartment we ask you to email us with your confirmation. Then print and fill out the Booking Form and sign the Terms and Conditions. Scan and email or post the signed booking form back to us. We also ask for a 25% deposit payable by bank transfer or cheque.
5. When we receive the signed booking form and deposit payment we will confirm to you by email and give you directions to the house.
6. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival. For late bookings the final payment deadline may be shortened. A refundable damage deposit cheque or cash is required on arrival.
